Unit 160 is our only upstairs space. It has been nicknamed "Birds Nest Studio" because of its position in the courtyard trees. This unit works well as a quiet office space or an art studio. Great north light, rustic wooden floors and glass block features make for a pleasant studio space. Unit 160 is approximately 280 SQ ft. It has a private bathroom and and air conditioner.
